PDF One (package name com.quantumlogic.pdfmaster) is a document tool developed by Quantum Logic. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
The app lets you view, create, edit, convert, sign, annotate, scan and organise PDF documents. All processing happens on your device. Your documents belong to you and stay on your device unless you share them yourself.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to create, alter or distribute documents that are fraudulent, unlawful, or infringe someone else's rights. You are solely responsible for the documents you produce and share.
The app is free and shows advertising provided by Google AdMob, one full-screen ad after a document is saved. Ads and their content are provided by Google and its advertisers, not by us, and are governed by Google's advertising policies. In regions that require it, ads are only shown after your consent, which you can also withdraw by clearing the app's data.
The app, its design and its name belong to Quantum Logic. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), resell or redistribute the app itself.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work hard to keep the app reliable, especially around your documents, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every file operation will succeed on every device or document.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Logic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of documents, lost profits or business interruption — arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the app. Where the law does not allow such an exclusion, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
Keep your own backups of important documents. No tool of any kind replaces that habit.
We may update the app and these terms over time. Changes to the terms are posted at this same address with a new date above; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
